Sales Associate:  $8 to $18 per hour

Pro Sales Associate:  $12 to $24 per hour

Kitchen Designer:  $12 to $25 per hour

Department Manager:  $11 to $21 per hour

Assistant Manager:  $35,000 to $79,000 per year

Store Manager:  $68,000 to $112,000 per year
